From St. Paul to Dresden: A New Chapter at Topas Inc.

We are pleased to welcome Luke to the Topas Inc. team. Joining our organization marks the beginning of a valuable journey of professional growth and cultural integration, bringing fresh perspectives to our ongoing projects.

At Topas, every new team member undergoes a comprehensive onboarding process designed to foster both technical expertise and seamless alignment with our company culture. Luke’s training began with an international session in Dresden, Germany, where he spent a week working closely with our European colleagues. This cross-border experience provided valuable insights into the fundamentals of aerosol science and reinforced the collaborative spirit that defines the Topas network.

Following the Dresden sessions, Luke has been integrated into our Topas Inc. office in St. Paul. Working alongside Keith Alderson, Stephan List, and the broader local team, he has already begun familiarizing himself with our daily operations, from core scientific processes to administrative workflows such as the systematic management of our extensive procurement documentation. The workplace environment is also enriched by Patches, our office dog, who continues to contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere within the team.

We are deeply appreciative of the structured onboarding process and the outstanding support Luke has received during his first month. Under the guidance of our leadership, particularly Keith Alderson, and with the dedication of our colleagues, he has quickly adapted to our processes and company values. We look forward to his continued contributions and to the many successful milestones that lie ahead.
